ServiceTitan Password Reset (Mobile App)
This guide will help you quickly and easily get logged back into the ServiceTitan mobile app on your iPad or iPhone.
To start, open the ServiceTitan app on your device, and on the login page, tap Forgot Password?
This will prompt you to enter your work email address. Type it in and tap Submit. While you’re still in the mobile app, you’ll automatically be taken to a page titled “Enter code”.
Go to your work email and look for a Password Reset email from ServiceTitan. Open it, and copy the one-time use randomly generated 5-character code (for example, it’ll look something like 1LK280, 73W2N1, etc.).

Now go back into the ServiceTitan app and enter the 5-character code (letters are case sensitive), and tap Verify Account. This code is only good for this one-time use, so you don’t need to save it after you’ve reset your password.
Next, you’ll be prompted to create a new password. Follow the instructions on screen, and tap Submit.

Before signing in, make sure you go back into the ServiceTitan mobile app (not Safari).
When typing your password in, you can tap on the eyeball icon to see what you’ve typed.
For usernames, it'll follow this format:

[first letter of your first name][your full last name].[branch abbreviation]tech
Abbreviations for all branches are as follows:
- Las Vegas - lv
- Reno1 - reno
- Reno2 - reno2
- Austin - aus
- San Antonio - sat
- Phoenix/Tucson - az
So for example, if your name is Fox Mulder and you're a technician in Las Vegas, your login for ServiceTitan would look like this:

fmulder.lvtech
If you’re still having issues, please submit a ticket to the Goettl Help Center by going to helpme.goettl.com, and someone from the App Support team will assist you as soon as possible. If for any reason you're not able to do this, please reach out to your direct supervisor and ask them to submit a ticket on your behalf.
