ServiceTitan Field Mobile App Permissions

A majority of issues involving the ServiceTitan Field Mobile app can be resolved by ensuring that it has access to everything it needs permission-wise. Ideally, that would mean you've enabled all settings available.
  1. On your iPhone or iPad, go to the Settings app.
  2. Towards the bottom of the screen, find and tap on the Search bar.
  3. Search for "st field" to find the ServiceTitan Field app, and tap on it to open its permissions.

  4. Ensure your permissions exactly match what you see below:
    1. In particular, under the Location section at the top, ensure you have Precise Location enabled as well:
