ServiceTitan Enterprise Hub Guide

ServiceTitan's Enterprise Hub is a an easy to use and centralized way to access all branches (or tenants, as ServiceTitan calls them) with one click of a button. It also features lots of other powerful tools such as Rollup Reporting and Rollup Dashboards, which allow you to see report or dashboard data over several branches, and so much more.

This guide will help walk you through accessing Enterprise Hub, and some common troubleshooting steps!
NotesEnterprise Hub is only for office employees at this time (technicians, or any field staff, won't be able to use this). They can try, but it'll only lead to disappointment for everyone involved, and nobody wants to have a bad day. Please think of the field technicians.

Accessing Enterprise Hub

Before we begin...
Warning
If you have any other ServiceTitan bookmarks saved in your browser, make sure you delete them!

To easily access Enterprise Hub, save the below URL to your bookmark bar:
You can do this by either dragging and dropping it to your browser's bookmark bar, or clicking the Star icon on the far right.

From there, you'll be greeted by a login screen. Your login information should be fairly straight-forward:
  1. your Username will be your work email address.
  2. your Password will be whatever you had set your password to.
Make sure to click the "Remember me" checkbox as well. If for any reason you can't remember your password, click the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page and follow the steps to get back in.



Next, you'll want to click on My Tenants.

This will bring you to a page that should look like something the screenshot below. From here, you can simply click on the "Sign In" links to easily access any branch, and have multiple branches open at one time. Note that you won't actually have to log in again though, it will simply bring you right into that branch! Please also note that you may only see one branch if that's all you typically access.




Troubleshooting Steps

If for any reason you're not able to get into Enterprise Hub, or are running into other issues, see the below steps.
If all else fails, please submit a ticket to the Goettl Help Center so that we can help resolve whatever issue you're running into:

My Password Isn't Working

If for any reason you can't remember your password, click the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page. Next, you'll be asked to enter your email address (note this is the same as your username):


After clicking "Send Link", you should get a password reset email from ServiceTitan.

Clearing Browser Cache and Cookies

If you're able to log in fine (even if you aren't though honestly) and are running into errors, clearing your browser's cache and cookies is an important first step in resolving the vast majority of said errors. It can even resolve issues for other sites as well! Click the below link to access a handy guide on how to do so:

Error Message 1: HTTP ERROR 500


The easiest, quickest, and primarily only way to resolve this issue is to clear your browser's cache and cookies, which can be found in this handy walkthrough guide. Yes, we know this seems redundant from the step above, but trust us. We know a thing or two about cookies, because we've seen a thing or two (also about cookies).

Error Message 2: Server Connection Error


You may encounter this when accessing a branch, or even when you're in the middle of jumping around various pages in a branch. The easiest fix is simply reloading the ServiceTitan page/tab. However, for a longer-term solution, clearing your browser's cache and cookies will likely be a better solution. See this walkthrough guide on how to do so.
