ServiceTitan Enterprise Hub Password Reset (Office/Desktop)

This guide will help you quickly and easily get back in to ServiceTitan's Enterprise Hub. If you're trying to reset your password in the ServiceTitan mobile app, check out this guide here (versión en Español aquí).

To begin, make sure you're going to the right place (and update any bookmarks you may have saved if needed):
Once there, type in your work email address and click Continue


You'll be brought to a new screen, where you'll want to click on Forgot Password?


Next, enter your work email address and click Send Link




Moments later, check your email for a notice from Enterprise Hub with the subject "Forget Password". The body of the email will look like this:
Click on the Reset Password link, and update your password to something new.

If you’re still having issues, please submit a ticket to the Goettl Help Center by going to helpme.goettl.com, and someone from the App Support team will assist you as soon as possible. If for any reason you're not able to do this, please reach out to your direct supervisor and ask them to submit a ticket on your behalf.
