Delete and reinstall the app
Deleting
- Uninstall ServiceTitan by pressing and holding the ServiceTitan app until the app menu appears.
- Then select "Remove App", "Delete App" and finally "Delete"
Reinstall
1. Select the "Comp Portal" app on your phone, Then sign in using your Goettl Email address and password.
2. ServiceTitan Mobile should appear under “Featured Apps” if not please search for it using the search bar and select it and select "Install".
3. Return to the Home screen and your app should begin downloading shortly.
Before proceeding, check to see if your problem was resolved. If not, continue troubleshooting steps below.

- Prepare an email with:
- The name of the application with which you are experiencing.
- What you were trying to do or what you expected to happen
- What happened instead of what you were trying or expected
- Attached screenshots (if applicable)
- Send the email you prepared to appsupport@goettl.com.
- Please do not cc or directly email any Goettl individual team member (e.g. Tim McGuire, Kyle Cooknick, Tristian Smith, etc.) or ServiceTitan contacts.
