Updating Your Profile Photo and Signature in Zoho Desk

Ensuring that your Zoho Desk profile photo and signature are up to date is the best way to make our department look good, keep things within Zoho Desk easy to visually recognize, and most importantly make you look good!

Note: this only applies to users who have access to Zoho Desk.

Updating your Profile Photo

After logging into Zoho Desk, in the upper-right corner, click on the circle that has your initials:

Then click on My Profile:


Then, in the upper-left, click again on the circle that has your initials:


And upload a snazzy photo of yourself, and that's it! Time for a coffee break.

Updating your Profile Signature

In the upper-right hand corner, click on the Setup gear icon:


A flyout window will pop up - in the search bar type "signature" and click the option called "Preferences, Personal Settings":


Next, scroll down the Signature section, and click View Signature:


And either copy/paste your current Outlook signature, or type in your own

Make sure to double check the formatting looks correct before you move on, as sometimes it can shrink or stretch images, move text around, etc.
Once you have, down at the bottom click the up arrow next to the Save button, click "Apply to all the departments" checkbox, then click Save:


A warning window will pop up asking you if you really want to update your signature throughout all Zoho Desk departments, ignore it and click Save. And that's it! Coffee break round 2.
