ServiceTitan Certified User Program

The ServiceTitan Certified User Program (sometimes referred to as the ServiceTitan Certified Admin Certificate, or a variation of other names similar to that), is a unique program that helps you take your knowledge and understanding of all parts of ServiceTitan to the next level. There's no cost to complete it, but you do need to complete a recertification roughly every year (which also doesn't cost anything). Before we move on though, is your coffee topped off? If not, life's too short - start there first.

Enrolling

The above form must be submitted before you can officially begin the program. You may look in ServiceTitan Academy and see other Administrator-level courses available, but those are just the optional training, not the actual certificate program itself.

Next, your first and last name, and under Company Name, enter "Goettl Home Service".

To find your Full Academy Username, go into any tenant/branch within ServiceTitan's Enterprise Hub. Once you're in the tenant, in the upper-right, click on the user profile icon and select Academy:

This will open a new tab into ServiceTitan's Academy. Again in the upper-left corner, click the hamburger menu:

From there, click on the pencil (My Profile) icon:

Finally, the on Personal info page, your Username will be under there, and should look like a long string of characters and numbers (example: 31dd3242-c12b-445a-b137-e0c0d41a1x9x).


Next, enter your work email in the email address field.
For the company primary focus, ensure yours matches to the screenshot below:



Finally, enter your user role in ServiceTitan (this doesn't have to be exact, you can type in something simple like "Admin" or "Ops manager" if you want). Then then choose how long you've used ServiceTitan from the drop-down menu.

Once you've hit Submit, expect an email from ServiceTitan on next steps within a day or so!

Recertification

Keep an eye out for an email notifying you that you're certification needs to be re-certified. These often come a year or so after you first receive or renew your certificate. If you have any questions or concerns about how soon yours may expire though, you can submit a ticket to helpme.goettl.com and the App Support team will be happy to assist, or you can email certifications@certs.servicetitan.com directly as well.
