Greetings New Associate
At Goettl, we utilize ServiceTitan to perform much of our work. All new associates receive a version of ServiceTitan to use whether they are in the field of behind the scenes. This is a short crash course in accepting your invitation to join Enterprise Hub and accessing it so you can begin training for your new role at Goettl.
Before your first day, one of our friendly support specialists will create your account, assign your role(s), and tenant access. On your first day, please lookout for an email titled "Activate Account."
Upon receiving this email, please give the blue "Confirm" button to activate your personal Enterprise Hub account.
Once you click "Confirm" you'll be re-directed to finish your account. This is where you will create your own personalized 10-character password that you will use in the future to access Enterprise Hub. Once you create your own password, please click "Create My Account."
To sign into Enterprise Hub with your new account, please go to this link:
In the username field, please enter your Goettl email address and click "Continue."

The next page will ask for your newly created password:
Please click "Sign In" after you enter your password. Depending on your role with Goettl, the next page may show multiple Enterprise Hub Modules. The most important of these modules is the "My Tenants" module. This is the tenant(s) you will be performing work out of.
Please select the "My Tenants" module to be redirected to a new page.

Click the blue "Sign In" link associated with the tenant you will be working out. Please note you will see two screens prior to the homepage. One is designed for sales purposes. Please select the role closest to yours then click continue. The next page is an acknowledgement screen. Afterwards you will be directed to your homepage.
