TechTurns
The tech turns report is an improvement on the ServiceTitan metric. The ServiceTitan metric assumes every tech works every day which creates incorrect data when calculating turns for more than one day. The Goettl data lakehouse report first calculates then number of turns for each tech that worked on a particular day. Next, it creates a daily average turn number. Finally, the daily average turns are aggregated to provide a multiple day average tech turns.
This report excludes the following from the calculation by default:
- Install technicians
- Sales technicians
- Weekends
- Major US holidays
