ServiceTitan Password Reset (Mobile App)

Through the iOS Mobile App (Recommended) 

Open the ServiceTitan app on your iPad or iPhone, and on the login page, tap Forgot Password? 


 
 

 


This will prompt you to enter your work email address. Type it in and tap Submit. While you’re still in the mobile app, you’ll automatically be taken to a page titled “Enter code”. 

Go to your work email and look for a Password Reset email from ServiceTitan. Open it, and copy the one-time use randomly generated 5-character code (for example, it’ll look something like 1LK280, 73W2N1, etc.). 

 


Now go back into the ServiceTitan app and enter the 5-character code (letters are case sensitive), and tap Verify Account. This code is only good for this one-time use, so you don’t need to save it after you’ve reset your password. 

 


Next, you’ll be prompted to create a new password. Follow the instructions on screen, and tap Submit. Before signing in, make sure you go back into the ServiceTitan mobile app (not Safari). When typing your password in, you can tap on the eyeball icon to see what you’ve typed.  

 


Reach Out to Your CBC/Manager/Supervisor 

If you’re still having issues, reach out to your supervisor or Call by Call Manager. They can create a ticket for you in the ServiceTitan Requests SharePoint site to help get a password reset email manually sent to you. Alternatively, you can also have a temporary password set (note that temporary passwords are only good for 60 minutes, and after use will prompt for a new permanent password to be entered).
