ServiceTitan Field Mobile App Permissions
A majority of issues involving the ServiceTitan Field Mobile app can be resolved by ensuring that it has access to everything it needs permission-wise. Ideally, that would mean you've enabled all settings available.
- On your iPhone or iPad, go to the Settings app.

- Towards the bottom of the screen, find and tap on the Search bar.

- Search for "st field" to find the ServiceTitan Field app, and tap on it to open its permissions.

- Ensure your permissions exactly match what you see below:


- In particular, under the Location section at the top, ensure you have Precise Location enabled as well:
