Emergency Fallback Configuration
Attached is the SOP for configuring the Emergency Fallback Setting within ServiceTitan. This fallback is a failsafe for the potential Telephony outage throughout all tenants and will include 5-10 Goettl assigned phone numbers for selected associates at each branch (5 for smaller branches and 10 for bigger branches).
