DispatchPro - Setting Up Zones

To set up zones in DispatchPro, follow these steps:

  1. Open DispatchPro in ServiceTitan.
  2. Navigate to the settings or configuration section.
  3. Look for the option to set up zones.
  4. Click on the option to create a new zone.
  5. Enter the necessary information for the zone, such as the name and the zip codes that belong to the zone.
  6. Save the zone once you have entered all the required information.
  7. Repeat the process to create additional zones if needed.
  8. Once you have set up the zones, you can use them to optimize your scheduling and dispatching.
  9. Assign the appropriate zones to your technicians or service areas.
  10. When scheduling jobs, you can use the zones to ensure that the right technician is assigned to the right area.
