Confirming Availability in Schedule Engine Matches What's Shown in ACP

The available capacity for a branch to book a particular type of job is controlled in ServiceTitan by our use of Adjustable Capacity Planning using Skills to limit types of jobs that can be booked.
The calculations made by ACP in ServiceTitan are shared with Schedule Engine in real-time, meaning a customer calling in to book should be given the same availability options as a customer attempting to book that same job online.
There is one "same day" exception to this; ACP in ServiceTitan will allow a booking to be scheduled in an arrival window after that arrival window has begun, Schedule Engine will not. For example, if a customer calls in at 11:45am to book a job and we have availability today in the 11am-2pm arrival window, the CXR will be able to book the job in that window. If the customer were to try to book on-line, that 11am-2pm window is essentially "Closed" for new bookings beginning at 11am.

You can confirm the capacity that is being shown to customers in Schedule Engine by attempting to book a test job.
This video walks you through how to test your current Schedule Engine availability.
