Club Sadie

- How It Works: Customers pay upfront for a certain number of maintenances per year. Think of it like paying for 2 check-ups in advance.

Customers Get: They are guaranteed these maintenances because they’ve
already paid for them.
Smart Sadie
- What It Is: Smart Sadie is a discount program.
- How It Works: Customers have access to some services for free, but they need to request these services. If they don’t ask for them, we don’t owe them the services.
- What Customers Get: They get free services if they ask for them, but it's their responsibility to use the benefits available to them. It’s like having a coupon book—they need to use the coupons to get the benefits.

- Club Sadie: Customers pay ahead for specific services (like 2 maintenances) and are guaranteed these services.
- Smart Sadie: Customers have free services available but must request them; otherwise, they won't get them.
