Alerts in ServiceTitan are an awesome and easy way to have you or your team notified of all kind of items such as a certain type of job being booked or cancelled, a certain task being used, or new estimates being signed, sold, or even viewed - and so much more. These alerts can be emails, text messages, or both.
When it comes to adding people to alerts, we do ask that their manager follow through with that.
If you can't add or edit alerts for some reason, please submit a ticket to
helpme.goettl.com and someone from App Support will get you access as soon as possible.
Go to the navigation bar and click Settings .
In the side panel, click Integrations > Alerts.
From here, you'll see a list of your active alerts. From here, you can...
Modify existing ones by scrolling all the way over to the right and click the Edit button
Add a new one by clicking the Add button in the upper-left
Have too many alerts and want to clean things up? They can easily be deactivated as well by clicking the check box next to them, and clicking Deactivate at the top.
