Adding and Removing Skills from Technicians
Skills can be added to and removed from technicians through Dispatch Pro Settings.
From Dispatch Pro Settings you can see the Skills that are currently assigned to your Job Types as well as the Skills currently assigned to your techs.
You can view the skills associated with Job Types from the Prioritization Tab, where you'll see your Job Types listed with their required skills listed next to the Job Type name.
You can view the skills currently assigned to technicians by going to the Technician Settings tab. There you can filter for specific skills to see which techs currently are assigned that skill. You can also add and remove skills from techs in this screen.
